What size are the letters?
The letters are 1m high and width varies depending on the letter.

Do you have my name or initials?
We are adding to the letters we currently have so just ask, if we don’t have your letter and there is time we will try to have it specially manufactured.

 

Where should I put the letters?
The letters are designed to be placed against a wall or backdrop.  This is for the safety of your guests and also because the back of the letters do not look as pretty as the front of them!

 

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, we require £50 deposit to confirm the booking for your date. We also require a fully-refundable security deposit which provides cover against serious damage to or loss of the letters while they’re in your care. This is not required until the time of hire at the time of hire and is returned as soon as the letters are returned.

 

Do you have different types of bulbs to choose from?
We have different bulbs available depending on the look you are after from the warm glow of the incandescent bulb, white LED or dimante fairground. Or if you prefer we can provide coloured bulbs to give a different look. A fee may apply to change the bulbs.

 

Can you deliver and how much does it cost?
Delivery and collection within 30 miles of Belfast can be arranged for a flat rate fee of £30. If you require delivery outside this area just get in touch for a quote.

 

Can we collect the letters?
Yes if you letters can be collected from our base in Newtownabbey or Lisburn the day before the wedding and returned the following day.

 

What weight are the letters?
The letters are lighter than they look. Each one is approx. 7kg.
