Terms And Conditions Of Booking

 

The Provider – GO Photobooth NI.

The Customer - The person booking GO Photobooth NI for their event.

 

The following contract and its terms will set forth an agreement between the provider and the customer for the hire of the photo booth. This written contract sets forth the full, written intention of both parties and supersedes all other written and/or oral agreements between the parties.


 

Service Period

Provider agrees to have a Photo Booth operational for a minimum of 90% during this period; operations may need to be interrupted for maintenance of the photo booth (eg restocking photo paper).

If the client requires the hire time to be changed on the day of the event an additional fee must be paid of £30ph. The Provider is under no obligation to change the time outside of the pre agreed hire time and any changes will be subject to availability and charges.

GO Photobooth NI reserves the right to change the service period for technical or other reasons.

GO Photobooth NI reserves the right to withdraw its service if the behaviour of the Customer or its guests is perceived to be threatening or that the behaviour puts the photo booth or any equipment provided by GO Photobooth NI at risk of damage. If service is withdrawn no refund will be issued.

 

Payment

A £50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking a photo booth to secure the date. Large scale events or corporate events may require a larger deposit. The remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event.

If the operator has to use the equipment for a time period in excess of the hire period agreed, the additional time will be billed to the customer at the following rates: £75 per hour of use. Idle hours are charged at £30 per hour. Payment for any additional time required must be paid before any additional hours are provided.


Access, Space & Power for the Photo Booth

The Customer will arrange for an appropriate sized space for the Photo Booth at the event venue. Booth Specs are: 2.4m long x 1.3m wide x 2m high

We also require a space for the Props Box. Box Specs are 0.6m deep x 1m wide x 0.6m high
We also require a small table and a chair if you choose the Photo Album option so your guests can sit and write their personal messages.

The Customer is responsible for providing adequate power for the Photo Booth.


 

Date Changes & Cancellations

Any request for a date change must be made in writing at least thirty days (30 days) in advance of the original event date. Change is subject to photo booth availability and receipt of a new booking agreement. If there is no availability for the alternate date, the deposit shall be forfeited and the event cancelled.

Any cancellation will forfeit any deposit payment made.

Your deposit is non refundable however we will move your hire date if possible.

Your final payment is non refundable unless GO Photobooth NI cancel the booking and fail to provide a photo booth hire for you. If no service is received, the Provider’s maximum liability will be the return of all payments received from the Customer. The Provider is not responsible for any consequential damages or lost opportunities upon breach of this agreement.


 

Damage To Provider's Equipment

The Customer acknowledges that it shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the Provider's Equipment and props caused by any misuse of the Provider's Equipment by the Customer or its guests. In certain circumstances a refundable security deposit may be required. The Provider will withhold digital images until such time as this payment is received.


 

Indemnification

The Customer agrees to, and understands the following:

  • The Customer will indemnify the Provider against any and all liability related to the Customer's Event during or after Customer's event. The Customer will indemnify the Provider from the time of service and on into the future, against any liability associated with the Customer.

  • The Customer will indemnify the Provider against any and all liability associated with the use of any pictures taken within the Photo Booth, by its representatives, employees or affiliates at the Customer's event.

  • Customer agrees to the following statement:

    When requested the Instant ‘facebook’ Sharing, Video booth and the Props are a free addition to the photo booth hire and if for any reason the free additions are not working or available, the Customer is not entitled to a refund.

  • The Customer agrees to, and understands the following:


    All guests using the photo booth hereby give to GO Photobooth NI: The right and permission to copyright and use all photographic portraits or pictures and email addresses of any photo booth user who may be included intact or in part, made through any and all media now or hereafter known for illustration, art, promotion, advertising, trade, or any other purpose.

    In addition, The customer gives release, discharge and agrees to save GO Photobooth NI, from any liability, that may occur or be produced in the taking of said picture or in any subsequent processing thereof, as well as any publication thereof, including without limitation any claims for libel or invasion of privacy.
